On Nov 08, 2023 - 15:12 CET IONOS detected an issue on their systems that was affecting our service on a part of our dedicated IONOS instances.

We are in touch with IONOS representatives to gather more information on the incident and further improve incident prevention.

IONOS was experiencing issues on their end that were affecting our availability on app.de.conceptboard.com and IONOS dedicated instances.

We are in touch with IONOS representatives to ensure that their incident prevention is further improved.

We are working with statuspal.eu as our status page partner. Statuspal allows you to subscribe to any changes in Conceptboard’s service status via various channels (email, MS Teams, etc.). This means you will get all updates on upcoming scheduled maintenances as well as real-time info on any problems in Conceptboard’s main environment.
