Performance Issues

We have fixed the performance issues and limitations of 5 March and introduced several additional internal alarms to be able to respond quicker to such events in the future.

We are still aware of edge cases where users are shown an “editing rejected” message. The main workaround at the moment is to check the user’s permission and set them to “editor”.

We are currently investigating performance issues that are affecting some users on our platform such as increased loading times of boards or issues with image import or board export.
