Ongoing known issues

We are currently working on a series of issues that are occuring for some users:

• “editing rejected” error
  • comment arrows not showing when using reviewer role
  • comment arrows not being deleted upon comment deletion
  • we implemented clearer visual feedback for items that are currently being synced and cannot be edited at the moment
• editors/board owners with access in reader role
• “too many redirects” error
  • issues editing profile/payment information
• shape/post-its greyed out/unmanageable
• board/section export issues
• general performance issues: we are working on better metrics and improvements
